I plugged it into a USB port on my desktop and used it on a Zoom call. Initially, the others said that is a great picture compared to what we were getting from my old laptop. They said the sound was great also. then, after about 5 minutes, the video cut off. the sound continued to work fine. So, I figured that I would have to return the device. However, before doing that, I decided to try another Zoom call between my laptop and this device. It started up no problem and continued fine for 3 hours. So I shut it down and figure that I shall keep using it for now. Over several additional zoom calls it has worked fine.

One minor complaint. The clip supplied to clamp it to the top of the screen covers a small bit of top of the screen. It seems minor, however it can hide a tab if you have several open.

I had hoped for a fisheye or wide-angle view but there isn't one. There are no instructions as it is plug and play but if there are other camera angle settings it's not obvious. The quality isn't any better than what's already on my laptop. Very disappointed.
